Resident and Industrial Resident Activity Cards
 
Residents must register at the Aquatorium to obtain a current photo Resident Activity Card. When applying for new cards, residents will need to bring a California Driver’s License or Photo I.D., and documents proving residency in the City.

Please Note: Municipal Ordinance 9.04.105- prohibits the use of a Resident Card by individuals not authorized by residency to do so. Unauthorized use will result in the individual being charged with an infraction punishable by law.
 
Requirements:
 
Children:
Minors under 18 years of age are required to be present with a parent/guardian with a current Resident I.D. Card. Parents must qualify as an adult first. The original birth certificate must be shown for proof of age. Legal proof of guardianship must accompany all minors under 18 years of age, that are not living with their parents. Non-resident grandchildren of Commerce Resident: Grandchildren must have a current resident card-holding grandparent present, and must be 15 years of age or younger. Residency expires on 16th birthday. An original Birth Certificate must be shown for proof of age.
 
Adults:
Any person 18 years of age and older is considered an adult and must bring the following: A California Driver’s License or California I.D., and current utility bill in his or her own name and address. Adults, 18-23 years of age living with parents must bring the following: California Drivers License or California I.D. and one of the following: current bank statement, school registration in his or her own name and address, or a current pay check stub with Commerce address on it. You must come with parent, current utility bill, and parents’ California Drivers License or California I.D.
 
Senior Citizens:
California Driver’s License/California I.D., and a current utility bill in his or her name. Persons over 70 years of age will be issued a permanent resident card.
 
Hours to obtain a Resident Card
Monday-Friday from 6:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 - 3:30 p.m.
 
*Residents must bring expired Resident Activity Cards.
 
Industrial Activity Cards:
A $120.00 facility fee is applied to industrial residents. This card is valid for one year. It will be pro-rated depending on the month joined. The Industrial cardholder is entitled to use the physical fitness facilities at Veterans Memorial Park and the Aquatorium. Cardholder are also able to participate in adult fitness classes.
