The City seeks to create a dynamic website that is simple to use and fast to navigate. The City also seeks the ability to easily update and modify the City website using a Content Management System (CMS).
The proposal should clearly demonstrate how the website redesign, content management system (CMS) software and support that you are proposing can best satisfy the requirements of the City.This written Request for Proposal (RFP) states the scope of the City requirements and specifies the general rules for preparing the proposal.
