THE CITY OF COMMERCE, on behalf of the Community Development Department herein called Owner, invites sealed proposals from licensed landscape contractors to install new landscaping and irrigation system at five (5) street medians located at various locations in the City of Commerce, as specified in Appendix “A”. The Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, materials, tools, rentals, equipment, disposal, transportation, supervision and incidentals necessary for a turnkey project to include but not limited to theplans and specifications. All work is to be performed in strict accordance with Appendix A.
