The City of Commerce, invites sealed proposals from licensed contractors for the removal and disposal of three (3) underground fuel storage tanks at the City of Commerce Transportation Building, as specified in this Request for Proposal.  The Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, materials, tools, rentals, equipment, disposal, transportation, supervision and incidentals necessary for a turnkey project to include but not limited to the plans and specifications.  All work is to be performed in strict accordance with Appendix A and all Los Angeles County requirements and regulations.

PROPOSALS – Each proposal shall be in accordance with these Plans & Specifications as prepared by City of Commerce Community Development Department.

BIDDER’S CONFERENCE – A MANDATORY Bidder’s Conference shall be held on Monday July 6, 2009 at 10:00 a.m.  It is the responsibility of the Contractor to familiarize him/herself with the project.  The Contractor shall be responsible for the accuracy of all measurements.
