The City of Commerce Department of Parks and Recreation offers a comprehensive recreation and parks program to the community of Commerce.

Composition of the Department
The department is composed of:

• A camp in Lake Arrowhead, California
• Three commissions 
• Four neighborhood parks
• Seven community centers
• 17 operating divisions

Some community centers and facilities are restricted to residents and industrial residents of Commerce.

Low- to No-Cost Recreation Programs
The department is unique, since it offers all of its recreational programs and activities at little to no cost to the residents of Commerce.
