Neighborhood Watch Program

The best way to help take a "bite" out of crime is to get involved!

Neighborhood Watch block captains are residents who are the extra eyes and ears of the City. Block Captains work with the Public Safety Division and the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department to report criminal activity and/or safety concerns.  Becoming a block captain is a rewarding experience.  It doesn't take a lot of time, just a willingness to be the spokesperson and contact for your block.  Remember, crime prevention is a team effort. This program works because neighbors know each other and report crimes and/or suspicious activities when they occur!

For more information about Neighborhood Watch contact Public Safety at (323) 722-4805, ext. 2970.

Please refer to the City Calendar for the date, time and location of the next Neighborhood Watch meeting.
