FINANCE
Mission Statement
The Finance Department administers the financial affairs of the City, the Community Development Commission and the Water Utility. The department is responsible for purchasing, data processing, risk management, maintaining the accounting system and performing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions; preparing all necessary financial reports and performing internal audits; aiding the City Administrator in the preparation of the annual budget; and providing support services to the City Council, the City Administrator and the operating departments.
