Oralia Rebollo was elected to City Council in March 2015. A lifelong resident and 17- year City employee, Oralia has deep roots in Commerce and a passion to serve the community. She is an active member of the United Family of Bristow and has served as a volunteer mentor to 11 high school students in the College Bound Today Program at Bell Gardens High School.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development from the University of La Verne, Oralia is an advocate for strengthening the outstanding preschool to teen programs the City currently offers while looking at ways to expand options for all youth including those with special needs.
Oralia currently serves as delegate for League of California Cities, Southern California Association of Governments and City Selection Committee and as alternate on the Employment Task Force, Gateway Cities Council of Governments and I-710 EIR/EIS Project Committee.
